Laminate floor on concrete: damproof needed?

I'm going to laminate my kitchen floor, half of which is concrete which was laid about 7 months ago, so it has the necessary insulation and damp proofing. Do I need to lay a damp proof membrane on top of the cement floor before the underlay?
Thanks.
Thanks.
