Name the plants, a quiz!

Photographed them all yesterday evening , I know all their names, just thought I'd see if other people can recognise the plants this close up.

I'm rubbish at plant names whether they be 1 inch or 1 mile away, but just wanted to say your photography is very beautiful. I can just imagine a print like that on the wall on my staircase :)
There used to be a street named after Chuck Norris, but it was changed because nobody crosses Chuck Norris and lives.

Thanks, funnily enough I did photograph them to make some prints. All my plants were putting on new growth & I wanted to capture that new growth up close. :) Anyway, I apologise as I think this question is too tricky as they are fairly unusual plants photographed from an unusual perspective, therefore a bit of a task to identify! So here are the answers:

EDIT = scroll past if you still want to name them yourself.

Top left = Agave Americana (Century plant)
Top mid = Canna Tropicana (Indian shot plant)
Top right = Chamaerops Humilis (European fan palm)

Left = Cordyline Australis (New Zealand cabbage palm)
Mid = Ensete Maurelii (Abyssinian banana plant)
Right = Yucca Gloriosa Variegata (Spanish dagger)

Bot left = Poppy sead head!
Bot = Musa Sikkimensis 'Red Tiger' Fascinating markings on the leaves of this one, I just photographed it with the sun shining through the leaf.
Bot right = Aloe Vera. Like the Ensete it's not hardy so I will bring it under glass before Winter.

    :)

Thanks. I got 5, but not the exact names, more like 'canna', 'banana' etc.

LOL, getting all nine would have been difficult. Nice idea for a photo set.

Annoyingly, my Agave Americana was a casualty of the cold winter :(
