just bought site builder with 123. dont want it now

hi i think i've just wasted £50 .
have a domain name witht 123 reg and thought i'd now want to start building the website. it's for a pub. i noticed rhat they have loads of templates and so decided on £4.99 a month. the pro version. well just wanted to start and realised that the templates that they offer you are not changeable. or there is nothing on the templates that would suit our business is there still distant selling adavantage available? theheadbanners arent changeable so instead of starting on a blank page i got 3 models drinking coffee over a business lunch. where as i would prefer the picture of our pub or beers on tap. thanks any advice apreciated

Have you tried contacting them and explaining the situation as you have done here? I've usually found them very reasonable. It may be that they have other templates available or perhaps one with a blank header so you can put your own one in.

hi i have contacted them twice through email and have had no response whatsoever. not too sure whether to put this on the vent board now.
how did u contact them? through email or phone them up?
i do relent on paying 50p a min ontheir phone number though
