I would have more columns. I would have perhaps day, meal type, ingredients, name of meal, week number etc etc then you can add filters (autofilter) and you can filter them down e.g. each day/week/month, type of meal, etc.
Then you can filter to week number which will give you the meals for that week, then highlight the list of meals and days set the print area as that only and print out the whole sheet on one page.
For the shopping list, you can add another column of ingredient needs to be bought? with the answer being yes or no and then filter both the week number and whether you need to buy the ingredient to only show yes then only print the ingredients column by again setting the print area.
I know there will be fancier ways of doing it but that's the way I do it.Feb GC: £200 Spent: £190.790 -

Hi miaoww,
As you haven't had many replies on the Old Style board I've moved your thread over to the techie board to see if you can get some more advice.
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.0
