Advice on getting Capitol 1 CC now or not

Hi,
My OH has money on a CC at 0% interest rate until December. Its the first time of being a credit card tart so we are looking at the options available to ensure we are ready to move the balance. It seems that the Capitol 1 card is the best in that it last until Jan 08 with a BT rate of 2% (on about £1800 not to bad). I realise you need to spend the £100 in the first month and get the card cleared before doing the Balance Transfer.

My question is would it be our best bet to apply for the Capitol 1 card now and move the money a little early(getting about 13mnths 0%) or wait as new good long 0% rates with low or free BTs are expected out soon ?

any advice welcome

Thanks
