Trojans? Missing files

Hello all. It's me again Paddyak. I've a major problem ith my computer again. I think I've trojans. I've got Kaspersky on my system but somehow a Trojan got in I think and I've never seen this as bad. I still have malwarebytes on the system but have lost the Hijack this. I can do a malwarebytes run (see below). I have lost much of my information in my documents which I sould like back.
When this happened before two great experts helped me and sorted it out. I am totally not IT literate so would appreciate any help.Thanks.

you need to run Malwarebytes again , lcik on the update tab first and update the program , then do another full scan and post that log file

its WAY out of date

also choose to fix everything it finds at the end
