cold shower !!!!!

I have cold water storage tank in the loft and a hot water cylinder for the hot water in my house. I have a thermostatic shower valve fitted ( new only last year), when I take a shower it runs nice and hot for about 20 seconds and then goes luke warm / cold !!
I had the valve changed about 9 months ago so would not be thinking that it is a fault here, but why should the shower temp do this?? there is hot water still in the taps too !!

Any help would be much appreciated

I have seen this.

Turned out to be that the valve had been fitted upside down.
In other words... the hot and cold feeds were reversed.

Get your installer to check this.
Will be difficult if its all buried in the wall and tiled over.

I have seen this also and luckily the Polish plumber lifted the floor boards and crawled under the recess and swapped the pipes over.

the thing is it's only just started so it has been working fine for a long time ??
