Talk Talk broadband rip off

A salesman knocked on our door in May and offered us Broadband and phone with free calls and free international calls for £20 odd a month. We asked him if he was sure this was available in our area and he said yes lots of people have signed up for it.
It was such a good deal we signed up for it.
We still to this day have no broadband connection with them because they say we have to pay an extra £10 a month for the broad band even though we signed a contract for £20 something?
Everytime we phone them we get some idiot in India who hasn't got a clue what we are saying because they can hardly speak English.
We have written letters of complaint to Talk talk and they still refuse to supply us with the broadband even though they admit that we were misold it and it is their fault:mad:
Has anyone else had a problem with talk talk or is it just me they hate?

Yes we have now threatened to take them to the small claims court for the fact that we are still paying £27 pm to our old broadband provider when we shouldn't need be.
Also threatened them with trading standards still waiting reply
