I haven just connected my i pod to the pc and the pc no longer recognises it. Also now the i pod no longer does anything. the screen looks as if it is switched on but does not light up and does not respond to anything so i cannot try and restore it
Is there a way to fix this before i go on holiday or do i need to go buy another mp3 player to get me through the flight?
thanks for any help

Possible software issue (on the iPod)
Do you just have the Apple in the middle of the screen shown?
If so, maybe the software is damaged0 -
It is showing the menu screen but wont move from there. cant even get it to switch off.
