Hall is now mopped, kitchen is hoovered and mopped. Newton is not impressed by the hoover! Once the kitchen is dry i will move the sofa back and will hoover and mop the living room ( its an open plan room )
Also emptied and cleaned out Newtons litter tray, wood based litter is fab, it doesnt smell at all:DThe trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
On line banking done, hubby now sorting cattle, kids fed and ready. Roll on this evening, tiling should be done and the kitchen will be getting a good scrubbing.:rotfl:Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough. And things go wrong no matter what I do.Now and then it seems that life is just too much. But you've got the love I need to see me through.:j :j0

JennyJewell - was just hinking what a great weekend you had lined up, then read your post about winning the comp!! hope you've bought a lottery ticket for tonight - everything comes in threes!!!
Had a very late night last night as OH is away and I stay up watching rubbish tv....:o. Consequently it's a late start this morning and I have been listening to the discussion on Radio 4 about taking the decision to not have children. Very interesting debate.
Anyway, focus dear, focus!!
Already stripped the bed at the weekend, so will skip that bit, but looking forward to doing the bedroom today as there are a couple of cupboards that REALLY need sorting out!! There will be at least a couple of bags going to the charity shop later on.
Additional:- Arrange for decorator for lounge
- take back bracket for TV
- Pay BC online
- sort the recycling to put out tonight
- empty litter tray - agree with you GnB, the wood based stuff is much better!
- Start to tackle my craft room:eek:

Posting first and catching up after, so I hope everyone's OK.
I've done all the bedrooms today (haven't actually looked at the list) and I polished the computer desk and living room and I've vacuumed right through downstars. Two loads of washing out on the line and I'm going to go and see what's dry when I've finished on here.
I also cut the grass front and back and edged it and swept up. I had a bad moment when the mower just kind of died as I finished the front but I carried it through to the back and left it there while I finished out the front and when I tried it later it was OK. Just tired I suppose...
A bit fresher today thank goodness, but still hot enough when you're doing housework and gardening.
My email is playing up today (blueyonder) but looking about some different places it looks like it's not just me, even though the Virgin status page swears blind there are no problems.
Going to catch up a bit now.0 -

I'd like some details on the wooden cat litter please; I'm running two trays at the moment :rotfl:
Anyway here she is...
