Property given as part of inheritance

Hi

I have recently received a 3 bedroom property as part of an inheritance. The property is let out to tenants and I am about to arrange a new contract with them. The property is well over 50 years old.

However, I am slightly disabled, and cannot carry out any DIY work or maintenance to the property, if the need arises.

Can you suggest the best thing for me to do? i.e. Should I sell the property and invest the money elswhere? If so, have you any suggestions? Or, shall I get a property maintenance agency to arrange any possible future maintenance. The only problem that I can see with that, is they will charge me quite a lot, particularly if they know I am unable to carry out any DIY. Consequently, if they charge me too much, then it may not be worth my while to keep the property.

What would you do if you were my situtation?

Any advice wuold be greatly appreciated.

It is the rest of your situation which would govern what I would do in your shoes. Not the asset I had gained.
