Google End User License Agreement

I thought my problems were over BUT, on boot up I am getting 3 large boxex for Google license agreements.

One is for Google Toolbar which I have uninstalled
One is for Picasa which I have uninstalled

with these I can accept or decline if I decline they vanish and I can carry on. If I accept I go into an error box.

The 3rd box just says this programme cannot display the web page and is non removable, so I have to move it to the bottom of the screen so I can see what I am doing..

I think I have uninstalled everything Google now so....anyone... Help?

Is there anything under your "startup" folder in the start menu?

Do you see any program folders under "Program files"

If you go into start - run - msconfig - startup, are there any entries here?

You could do a combination of deleting the 3 entries above if present and you can also use RevoUninstaller to hunt down the offending keys causing them to display....

An alternative method is to reinstall the programs, then use RevoUninstaller in Advanced mode and delete everything it finds (including registry), also when uninstalling it's best to have the folders closed. If anything belonging to the program is open at the time of uninstallation the programs will conflict and leave you with left over files.
