What a bunch of rip off merchants!

We've been waiting 6 weeks for an order that should've taken 28 days to arrive and then when it finally does arrive, they've got our order wrong.

so now we have to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks for what we actually ordered to arrive.

I also had to wait 2 months for my water butt kit.Yet I knew when I ordered
that there would be a delay.Just before delivery they sent me a letter
apologising for the delay and giving me the chance to cancel the order.The
price was not taken out of my bank account until the water butt kit was sent.
They also phoned me to check if I had received the water butt.Also they sent
me a £5.00 voucher for use with any further orders.
All in all, I would say that the above,is a definition of good Customer service
and I, for one would use this company again.
