I bought one of these from Ideal World too. That one was actually from a company called Pureflo Direct. Been buying refills from them since at their website:

I upgraded to a dual filter one and can't fault it. It was easy to install the kits - the one small problem I did have I called them up and they were really helpful - it turned out it was just me being silly. I didn't expect to actually get through to a person!

They sell these in Wickes for £35 and there's a form in there for a free refill filter, i don't think it's buy one get one free for the filter system but i'll check tomorrow when i'm back at work!0
