I found that tops which were looser around the stomach like this were a godsend to hide my tummy whilst I concentrated on getting the weight down (by a non-NICE approved method but hey ho

Current NICE guidelines for dealing with obesity ONLY recommend
diets / commercial weight loss plans that expect people to lose no more than 1-2 lb a week and are based on a balanced healthy diet.
I'm not saying it wouldnt work in the short-term if you stuck to it,
just that it's not considered a 'healthy' rate of weight loss by NICE nor likely to be successful in the long-term.
Apologies to OP for going off-topic, I'm sure the cambridge diet has its own thread elsewhere.
Cambridge is recommended by NICE, as is Lighter Life...0
