Becareful re:small claims court. It will be up to you to prove that he owes. If all you have to go on is verbal agreements for sharing of bills, there is nothing to stop the person being sued claiming that there was also a verbal agreement that they didn't have to contribute to the bills in question... As the claimant, the burden of proof lies with you, not with them.April Grocery Challenge £81/£1200
