thanks..i had some patches here but somehow didn't need them....have tried loads of times to give up but not succeeededbut not even a craving at the momnt...so really strange

Sometimes things "click" into place, - it is the same with dieting, and exercising -we know what we should do, we know the benefits of doing it, but can we stick to it? Most of the time, not! Then occasionally things just click and we can do whatever it is we are trying to do without any problem or nagging at all!!

I know you live in Blackpool, but ur doing the rollercoaster...... You've had lots of positives, the money, the giving up smoking, having your grandaughter down, and a trip planned.
