  • I think it was hayfever in the end as still feeling sinusy. Spent the rest of the day out and about running a few errands and pricing up a few bits need for the business.

Found a brilliant new discount warehouse, had a good hour mooching around comparing prices and did feel better for just getting out.

I would really struggle to keep quiet enough for people to sleep during the day but I bet DH has been really busy with the bank hols and the good weather.

It was quieter on the cab over the weekend than a usual weekend...probably due to the weather being so good and people walking, peoples general lack of money but we are doing ok money wise.
Have a hospital appointment at 10.30 with my breast cancer surgeon...routine check up.

Didn't get any sorting done yesterday as decided to go out to Matalan etc...got DHs sandals for his holiday.
In the afternoon I walked to the dentist with DH and did the banking and then walked back.DH cooked tea and I was then too tired to do anything.
Will be going to WWs tomorrow instead of today as my hospital appointment is the same time as I'd normally go.
  • I hope all goes well at the appointment. Its amazing when you read how much you are walking now, I bet if you clocked up the steps like Buffy does you would be suprised how fast you are improving on distance which then helps you feel better etc.

Thanks YAHM...don't know how many steps I do a day but it won't be that many but do know I'm doing a lot more housework/moving about than I was a month ago..so all is good.

Hospital went ok but they had to drain a seroma and I need to see him again in 6 months...I see my oncologist in 3 months for my next check up...so that I see someone every 3 months.

Taxi it may be worth getting a cheap step counter, I got one in Mr A for about 2 quid. Its amazing how many steps you do just round the house, up and down stairs etc. And then if you do go out, each day you are getting stronger, so every little helps.
