Morning Taxi, how lovely to have an at-home facial. How does your skin feel after that? I must do more of that sort of thing - once everything is unpacked, anyway!

Thanks all...like to do a bit of a facial at home always makes me feel better..my skin was feeling a bit tight so needed it..lol...feels better now.
Washed my hair last night before it starts to come out ...I wish my voucher would arrive so that I can pick my wig up...the wig is ordered and in the shop but am dreading if my hair falls out before it arrives as then I won't go out of the door with no hair.It will fall out before my next chemo!!!

So can you all send positive vibes for it arriving sooner rather than later please.

Checked all online accounts and all seems to be ok.

Have just been having a think about the savings and they are in a savings account at 2.6% and tax will come off the interest bringing it to 2.08% so am debating opening an isa for each of us at 2.6%....it may make a few pounds difference..my mind is confused at moment so am I right?
    Have a good day x

ISA sounds good to me - its definitely the way to go if you've got some funds sitting there.

Lots and lots of positive vibes on the wig - you can do stylish scarves tho too, tied at the nape of the neck, not like our mums used to wear tied under the chin. Or a hat - one woman I know in that situation wears a man's homburg!

Don't know where to start with scarves and the price in the wig shop was horrendous so haven't bothered looking since...

    Hey Taxi,

I have recently been doing some research on ISAs. If you don't have any previous ISAs and don't need access to the money til next year Northern Rock are doing a fixed rate ISA at 3%. I think you can organise that over the phone too.

If you want something less fixed here is a link to the best buy tables: http://moneyfacts.co.uk/compare/savings/accounts/cash-isas/.

Really hoping that wig voucher comes soon. Can you chase anyone for it?

Hope you have a good and relaxing day.
