Thanks all...I have ginger nut biscuits and loads of different teas in..keep lots of teas in as I like various ones anyway.
Have plenty of ice lollies in incase I get mouth ulcers....

Am quite tired but just chilling out...not even got dressed yet and don't intend to.

Well, that is one session out of the way, Taxi, and it sounds like it wasn't as bad as you feared it might be. Fingers crossed that you stay feeling well and motivated, the other sessions will soon come round and before you know it everything will be over and done with and you can get on with your life. But for now your number one priority is - look after YOU!
