Hi Taxi - diazepam might be one of those cumulative drugs, so by Tuesday you might be fine... I really hope so. Sea has a good idea there with the warm baths.

Lots of hugs and good vibes to you.

    Hi Taxi

The muscle spasms are not uncommon when it comes to the follow-up scan...(my family member is having similar probs atm)...big hugs.....deep breaths........more big hugs (and loving licks from the piggies).

As you have had them for some time is it worth asking to be referred to e.g. a McTimony chiropracter (very gentle releasing of tension/spasm in muscles/joints.....i.e. no snap and jerk ) - my one is doing wonders for my back spasms ;):D Can ask mine to recommend someone in your area if you think its worth pursuing . Alternatively what about acupuncture?.....have a word with Macmillan as they can hlep you organise these if you feel one or other might be helpful.

You're nearly there Hun.......and we're all thinking and "willing" you on. Stay strong.....and keep focusing on yourself.....the rest of the family issues can wait until you feel fit enough to sort them out ;):D

    Much love

Am starting to wake up properly from chemo which is great so can probably start getting out and about.
