Afternoon all...hope you're all ok.

Went for my scan today...it was very uncomfortable but is now done...apparently the scan is to see what my heart is like now and to check it again during chemo to make sure the chemo isn't damaging it.So not looking forward to the next one.Am just waiting to hear now when chemo is going to start.The oncologist I saw a week last friday said it would start within 2 weeks so am expecting to start this week.

On the MSE front I've put another £156 in savings today towards mortgage freedom so have updated my sig.It will need updating again tomorrow when I check my mortgage balance and put a little more in savings.Hopefully I'll get into the £27ks tomorrow.

This month I need to save for the taxi insurance so that I can pay it off without touching the savings.

Hi Taxi! Glad your scan is over and done with, doesn't sound very nice, but at least it means the level of care is up to scratch. I hope you don't have to have it over each bout of chemo tho

It was lovely to meet you and DD2 on Saturday. If anybody had said how long we were there, they'd say, but thats ages, but it seemed to go by in a flash, it was such fun.
