I've been about 4 times and it is an amazing place, the grounds look different every time i go and it sort of zig zags down to the main domes. A thoroughly enjoyable, but tiring experience and you need to visit more than once to get the feel of it all, as the sheer magnitude and well the fact that one mans vision achieved it all is fantastic.

My one tip would be to take a back pack and plenty of water and your own food as it is expensive to buy there- get there early and take each bit in slowly. The tropical dome is very hot and tiring so try and pick a day when there is cloud cover as i have seen folk faint in the heat. The temperate dome is often very entertaining as they have guest groups and whatnot in there. They also do a lot of outside things for the children as well.
