If you want to work in your general field, at a different co for a week or two get on to the employment temping agencies as far in advance as possible to test the water. At the very least it'd be easy to say, get £9 an hour doing data entry now all the students are going back to college and the temp staff market has shrunk a bit x0

I think you might have to becareful about what you do with regards to tax..it may be seen as a 2nd income so taxed at a higher rate.
I am an army cadet instructor in my free time and any pay I receive is taxed as a 2nd income :mad:
