The express agency - anyone used them?

Hey. I have noticed a property on "The express agency" website. The appear to offer discounts on properties. I was wondering if anyone has heard of/used this company before and if so are these discounts genuine or are the discounted for good reason?

There are no discounts on property, since there is no known price to be discounted from. I have not looked at the site, but if they are claiming discounts on property, I would not take it seriously.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. They claim to be able to sell properties quickly, by persuading the seller to drop the price to a point where, in theory, they say they will have loads of buyers bidding against each other and the price will go back up considerably before an offer is accepted, if you believe that in the current climate you'd have to be daft!! I was pestered by them for weeks, they're very pushy, when I stopped answering calls from them they used a different number, I had to tell them repeatedly to "go away"!!0
