These are very expensive areas though and that's why they cost a lot of money. I've worked in the Purley and Reigate area and they are fantastic. That ice cream house in Southgate looks small in comparison to the rest but again it's an expensive are.
I think north London is even more expensive than the south and Surrey by the look of those houses? Wouldn't turn my nose up at any of 'em though. lol I wouldn't mind just a room in onbe of them. haha0 -
My housemate is working on a smallish block of flats in a nice area of London.
It's gated but has a CCTV camera that reads the number plates of cars, it recognises the reg of each flat owners car and opens the gate for them. It then lights the driveway for them. Each flat has it's own garage, when the camera recognises the car reg, it lights up the correct route to the garage for that car, opens the garage door and switches the light on in the garage0 -

Each flat has it's own garage, when the camera recognises the car reg, it lights up the correct route to the garage for that car, opens the garage door and switches the light on in the garage0 -

That sounds very James Bond. Of course, with technology today almost anything is possible.
