Exchanged!! Are all our worries now over?

We exchanged contracts on friday, and have a completion date of the 29th Sept. We're obviously really excited, but at the same time a nervous something could still go wrong, as we've had quite a few problems leading up to the exchange.
Are all our worries now over? Can we relax and look forward to the 29th in the knowledge the house will definetly be ours on that date?
I guess i'm just after some reassurance.
