hi , yes this was about feb time ... i emailed them each time a statement came in and as told the same as you that there was an error and they would be added next time . i am waiting for my next statement to carry on the merry go round :mad: i haven't phoned them yet because i haven't found a number for clubcard , as you say it's £40 !!!!

Can any Tesco clubcard experts help out a newbie here, please? A few weeks ago I 'banked' 1,000 points on a special offer code I was given (how to do this was explained elsewhere on the site!). Anyway, this 1,000 points was for an order of £75 or over and I was advised would be granted on my next order in excess of £75. Fine. So, I've tried to order some wine with this £20 off £50 coupon, got my order to approx £59. Funny thing is, it won't let me use the £20 off voucher on this order because it keeps insisting on giving me the 1,000 points on this (less than £75!) order and the 2 offers can't be combined! On the face of it, it's a brilliant offer as I'm getting £59 of wine at half price anyway (it's the special offer Calloway Crossing cases) and £40 worth of deals vouchers! My only worry is will this be cancelled? TIA!
