I need advice on Catalogue ADMIN charge please,,,

Hi,,
I have been trying my best to pay off a marshall ward catalogue account . I pay about £25 a month,i owe about £350. Anyway today i had my statement and on it it said that i had not paid the full amount requested last time, (yes that is true , i paid £30.00 on August 24th,,and that they had added a £15 admin charge to my account. There was NO extra paperwork sent to me,, just a sentence on the bottom of my statement saying, that they had added the £15 admin charge.
I want to know if they can legally do this? As it just seems unfair when i am trying to get rid of this debt,,
Any advice would be appreciated.

If you paid late then you will be liable for the charge it would have been in the t+c's you agreed to when you got the catalogue .0
