i have seen that reported too on an older version of the jre, but not on the latest one.
i would delete it an reinstall it.Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0 -
I've found a few trojans in Java in the past. The quickest way to delete them is to run ccleaner, and it tidies up the rest of your machine.I can spell - but I can't type0

i did run cc cleaner but they were embedded so had to remove them . now need to try and find another java that would install on my comp i know i had trouble finding one last time0

Any system can be infected with trojans. Java itself ...? May be rare but not unheard of.
Best option is to uninstall/remove Java completely (including older versions) using uninstaller and/or "add/remove programs" then reinstall.
