Patience Of A Saint!

Some of you might remember a post i put up last week about sending 2 items to the wrong buyers, well they were supposed to send the items to each other and i offered to refund their postage costs for doing so, which they refused, we were all happy and that i thought would be the end of it. Little did i know! :rotfl:

One of the buyers returned it to me rather than forwarding it on to the other buyer, which i recieved a card through the door last monday for it. I went and picked up from the sorting office Tuesday morning took it home and rewrapped it ready to post on my way back home from taking the kids to see my MIL. However i went to go into the post office with the double buggy and where the shop is so small i couldnt get in there with it  I contacted the buyer to let him know i would have to go into town to post it but i couldnt get there until Thursday. Thursday came i went into town got to the post office to find it closed with the shutters down and a sign saying 'Closed until further notice' Rang my sister and she came and picked it up from me Thursday evening and said she would try and post it Friday on her lunchbreak if she got time if not it would be Saturday morning. Contacted the buyer again and let him know and he was fine about it. She didnt manage to do it on Friday but sent it Saturday by SD so that it would definatly be there by today.

20 minutes ago the postman knocks on my door and hands me the package that is meant for my buyer! They delivered it to the sender rather than the reciever! And i have just paid £5.70 for the privelige!

I have just rang my buyer and told him the first thing he did was laughed and said 'Can you do me a favour, watch it and let me know if its any good and i will get myself a copy' :rotfl:

I now have to go into town again today to send it out, im just hoping the post office is going to be open!

This man has truly restored my faith in ebay, he honestly does have the patience of a saint! :T

The universe is conspiring against you! :rotfl:
If I was your buyer I'd be patient - you just can't make stuff like this up!
