getting past registration screen

Thanks to everyone for their advice on taking a still from a video clip.

New problem. Is there any way to get beyond a screen asking for win 2003 operating system registration. That is all that comes up now on a returned elderly laptop previously lent to a moronic ex friend. When lent it was using Win 98! I don't have and don't want a Win 2003 disk as the lap top is coming to the end of its useful. Is there any way it can be set back to 98?

You'll have to reinstall 98 from scratch, reformat hard drive. Don't understand why your ex friend tried to install 2003 as it's as far as I'm aware a server operating system.
