What do you think of these boiler quotes?

Hi peeps
Had the following quote from a guy recently regarding ripping out my back boiler and converting to a combi system, what do you think?
£2000 for :
Worcester 30Si supply and fit with all pipework etc
Fitting of vertical flue through roof
Removal of old fire and back boiler and associated bricking up where necessary
Removal of backboiler-associated pipework, tank and cylinder
One replacement radiator
Thermostatic valves on 6 radiators
Fitting of a new gas fire (not supplied cos we haven't picked one yet)
He seemed to genuinely know what he was talking about compared to some of the others we've had round, he told us to get a few quotes together before making a decision etc and we were quite impressed.
Another guy today quoted us £2300 for :
Worcester 30CDi supply and fit etc with pipes etc etc
Flue to roof as previous guy
Did not include the replacement radiator or the sorting out of the fireplace ready for fitting of a new fire.
He wanted to place the piping in a different manner which would mean ripping up floors and placing new piping under the floor, whereas the 1st guy was setting up piping that would fit in the existing trunking where possible.
BG Quoted us 3500ish for a Greenstar 28i High and Install.
Obviously not our first choice
Any views on the above?
Cheers me dears

Both are good, cheap prices. I would think about getting a magnetic filter too though.0

Sounds a bit too cheap to me. If they are both plus VAT then the second one is about right.0
