Sellers beware of the Home Delivery Network

I had a similar problem with home delivery network last week ,they were supposd to deliver to me last fri when tracking it said the item had been returned to the depot ,because the driver couldnt find our address we live on a main street .
next delivery they could offer was the following tues , this was an item my hubby needed asap so he had to then to a 50 mile round trip to the depot to fetch it .
This has to be the worst service ever

I have personally never had a problem with them, they have always delivered to me when they should, but it may be because I live in the City, I don't know. My mum has had a couple of problems with them though, she did get her p&p refunded though.

Most of their couriers are self employed, I think!! 1 time my mum was expecting a parcel on a Friday and it came on a Sunday, so assume that was the drivers way of catching up with a backlog.

UMMMMMMMM, I think im right in saying that the Home Delivery Network bought out certain parts of the DHL network in January.
International is still DHL, and I think the Same Day is too. But the overnight/next day section, which is what ebayers etc would use has been taken over and will change its name in January 2011.

I have a list of moby numbers for all DHL branches in the UK on my puta at work if any one needs a number. Will put it on my home puta on Monday if anyones needing a helpin hand!! lol
