To clarify, PayDayUK ARE a payday lender so if the poster above really has been accepted they should receive their funds on Monday.
It is only the cases where they cannot help that get referred to Loanfinder.
Loanfinder however are a "Broker" which means an application through them for a "proper" long term loan will result in the immediate debit of a £60 to £70 fee with no end product.0 -

I also concur that PaydayUK are a geniune (if you can call them that) company which is part of the MEM Capital group.
I'm not sure what happened with the OP, but his description of events doesn't match my experience. Possible Malware/phishing/wrong url?Remember this: nothing worth doing is easy.0 -
Yeh, they are genuine. Years ago when I was in financial ruin, I used them for a few months running. Had no problems at all with them. The money usually took a few days to land in my account and you know the repayments before you agree.
But, don't misinterpret me as recommending them or any other payday loan! If you can, don't get a payday loan as the viscous circle will get you in the end - 100% guaranteed.PMA - Positive Mental Attitude
It works for me - you try it!0 -
I use Wonga.com - as far as payday loan companies go they are really good - well I've never had a problem. But as with ALL payday loan companies it's never a good idea to take even one out.
Once that first loan has been repaid, you'll need to take another one out the next month to cover what you're down due to the interest, and then another the next month for a little bit more, and so on and so forth. I'm now looking to get a loan to cover the Wonga.com one so I can spread out the repayments and get out of that god awful cycle.
Can't comment on PayDayUK, but I know from experience that once you pay that fee to a broker - you never hear from them again, or you need a guarantor, or they can't help you - and then your 30 quid worse off than you were to start with because believe me, you'll never see that 'loan finding' payment again.
Just my experience anyway. Now - to find that loan.

Mind you I've just seen the thread above this one and it makes me wonder what'd happen if I even missed a payment with Wonga. :S0
