Assuming you are using Google Chrome then when you click on the + for a new tab the screen will have thumbnails of your most recently visited sites. Just put the item you wish to search for in the URL bar above.
You can remove them by deleting your browsing history.
Click on the spanner, click on history, then edit then remove browsing history. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
no not using chrome i'm using ie tried deleting browsing history anyway still the same though, i'm baffled:o0

Barjam - Open Internet explorer and go to https://www.google.co.uk
Then go to tools > internet options. on the General tab, where it says "home page" Click "use current". This makes Google your homepage.
Then further down on the General tab, click "settings" under the tabs area, where it says "when a new tab is opened", click the drop down list and select "your first home page".
Click ok and then apply.
Hope that sorts it out for you.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -

I'm not really sure what you mean by "something in my Google".
So what do you want showing when you open a new tab?
You can change your home page from the house icon on the right hand side of the screen.
To be honest though I don't use IE as it's rubbish.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
