Hi
We are currently in negotiation with an estate agent on a property. However the staff are rude and sarcastic. :mad:
The property is marketed by two estate agents - Are we able to change to the other estate to put in our final offer?
Any advice is most appreciated.

Only if you want to confuse the whole situation and risk the seller refusing to accept any offers from you because they may have to pay for two EA fees - unless you pay for 1 of them.0
