Car tax

Hi has the car tax (tax disc) gone up this year?
We where told i think the cost of the tax disc for our car would be £175 for the year.

Now i come to tax the car and the dvla want £200 the Emissons are CO2 - 176 G/KM
it is a Hyundai santa fe 2.2 diesel

For emissions 176-185 tax is £200 for year
It was £175 09/10 hope this helps

Yes it has,Taxed my 1.6 Pug 206 in Feb & it'd gone up by £12.

Unfortuantly it has, different rates for brand new cars for the first year too.
