    hoover lounge
make up 2 x beds BEFORE bedtime

But do you know what, how do you all get so much done when you keep coming on MSE because whenever I turn pc on I'm on MSE or Ebay wasting
at least 30 or up to 60 mins at a time!!! Can't stay away. Or do you set your timers.....that's not a bad idea - only allowed 15 mins at a time.

    BM on
Freecycling to collect and be collected
Flylady's rubber chicken - last night, chicken pie (leftovers frozen for children's tea on Thursday), today stock from bones for tomato soup

AAAAAAAAAhh gone off schedule - this does not sit well with my control freak personality!!!!

Was going to do bathroom but when hoovering living room needed to clean out grate for chimney sweep visit and now want to clean marks from carpet (going to try stardrops - do I use it neat or diluted?) and dust so that room is done but then will not get to bathroom.

Thought you might all like the quote of day which I got today :

    Hello everyone

My efforts seem to be peetering out. I have done everything (except the paperwork) per the to do list I posted this morning, though that wasn't the most taxing of agendas. I'm working my way through my big piles of papers on my desk - not going too bad, have reduced it by quite a bit. Some bits and pieces will be shredded or binned. I will keep my teeth gritted for another 15 minutes then leave that to finish tomorrow. I've broken the back of it though, there is a definite improvement.

I am going to take a break and hopefully gather up some blackberries and/or free apples. When I return I'd like to get the sofas all vacuum cleaned and all kitty hair removed from the sitting room. I'll have a go at tidying up where the kitties have been scratching the sofas - oops sorry, that should be brand new sofas. Funny how they never scratch when I'm in the house, naughty moggs.
  • Right, if I post my to-do list here then I will feel more motivated to keep to it!!!
    • Clean bathroom
    • Do washing up
    • Clean kitchen
    • Hoover and dust
    • Change bed sheets
    • Do laundry- clothes, sheets and towels
    • sort out paperwork
    • Put all clean clothes away
    • Sort out cupboards (at the "quick close it before it all falls out" stage!!:rotfl: )
    • Sort out disaster shelves- piled up with loads of cr*p!!
 think that's it for now!! All this needs to be done before Friday!!!:rotfl:

Will let you know how I get on!!!

Well done everyone, you've all done brilliantly for the first day. It's amazing how much you can get done when you've had that push :)

Save some energy for tomorrow though :D

That's me just about done for the day - leaving bathroom for first job tomorrow but have done living room and hall instead so feel ok about that.

Just evening routine to go - setting washing/dishwashing for economy seven wiping loos/sinks and kitchen and checking kids where abouts and then of course an hour relaxing on some other threads - see you all tomorrow:T
