    Thanks everyone.

    Achievements this week:

    Pantry DONE! All of it!

Mouse thwarted by being liberated at the bottom of the garden.

Made the acquaintance of an extremely patient helpful techie (thanks TNG)

    Resisted urge to attack computer.

Eaten my bodyweight in rosecoco beans.

Tomorrow I am having a break (but checking files, TNG)

Did you see yesterday's research about dark chocolate being good for the heart? So tonight's task is cardiac care via the bar of Green & Black's I found hiding in the you-know-what, and red wine.

don't blame you...save some for the rest of us
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

wow wendy, good to know about the chocolate - justifies the baking trays worth of chocolate brownies Ive been working my way through this week, not so sure about the goodness of the amount of sugar I put in though.

Well done you on getting so much done

Thanks for that Wendy. I will be entering into my own small research project, too (all welcome to join). I have liberated a bar of Green and Black Maya Gold (chocolate of the Gods IMO) and a bottle of red from my pantry (OK, I'm showing off, as another member of the I've Got A Pantry Club) and will be aiming to prove that they are staving off heart problems.

Take a banana choc muffin for medicinal reasons!

Evening all and today a special hello to all those FLYers returning home from work only to start work on their homes  :T

Must be quick - my mum is here "to help" and is driving me potty!

Penny - always knew you were a star! Good luck with the TV gig. Hope you don't mind me saying we're proud of you :T :T :T

Haven't got time to list achievements today - the main one being clearing up after my mum! But congrats to Wendy on finishing the pantry - my office is looking great and I've nearly done all my filing!

Shame I missed out on the muffins, off to find some dark chocolate to save me from the coronary my mother is giving me...
