Ok - so I've got Queen's Killer Queen going round my head and I'm starting to scare myself!

    Done already:
    WM x2
    TD x3
    Beds made
    30 mins in office
    Emptied bins
    Cleaned lint from TD
    Put bins out
    Get dinner out of freezer
    Cancel Vertbaudet catalogues

    To do:
    Ironing
    Office hotspot - 30 mins down - 3 days to go…
    Strip master bed
    Wash bed covers
    Wash towels
    Order photo calendars for Xmas
    Update calendars
    Pondsavers tasks
    Book smear
    Chase Mums present x2
    Xmas card list
    Drop off catalogues
    Bday card for friends 4YO
    New job card for friend
    60th bday card for Mum

Wendy - OK - I'm shutting myself in the office till 11.

TNG - on my TD I have a door filter for lint (cleaned every 2 or 3 drys) and a filter down the bottom. The filter down the bottom needs cleaning out once in a while as the build up can cause TD to overheat apparently - I think my parents just told me this to scare me into cleaning it :rotfl: ! Cooker hood is a build up or grease that is a fire hazrd so filter needs changing regularly.

There was a family of mice on the coal shed, living in my bag of maternity clothes  . I dont think the charity shop will want them now. I have stopped to have a cup of tea and stop shaking. I hate mice, stupid and illogical but I can't help it :o . Quite a lot of coal in there as well, so nice roary fires for me for the next three weeks.

I have finished the coal shed, and done the greenhouse and the garden. Written the cheques for the people who did the specialist reports. Sorted estate agents and mortgage people, fingers crossed we are back on track o/w its into rented on 8th Dec. Finding somewhere we like that will take dogs, cats and children might be interesting though.

Linz, our buyer is pulling out if we can't complete on the 8th. We want to buy but if we can't complete for that date we will pull out of the purchase and rent for six months instead. Valuation on the one we are buying (luckily empty) was bad, and we have at least another week before our mortgage offer. Solicitor says this may be fatal, so we are in limbo till next wednesday. 8k retention, three specialist reports, and a partridge in a pear tree.

Either way I have to get packed and cleaned, same as you. Is buyer one sticking to his mad schedule? Good luck with finding somewhere, they are about.

I live in hope. Well we were meant to be exchanging today, but a slight delay on the buyers side and a slight delay on my lender releasing the deeds have held things up slightly. We are ( read I am :D) anticipating exchange next week at some point. hes not bothering with a survey & the searches have been done my sol says online.

So we are aiming for next week exchange with a view to completion on the 5th December so I dont have to pay the exit fee on the mortgage.

Pixxy- no :D when OH moved in with me ( I cant have pets here due to lease) his dog stayed with his parents, but shes outstaying her welcome a bit now, and its a priority she is with us. PLus OH misses her terribly awwwww
