credit card swapping

hi again...I have a 24% credit card with 10k balance. what are the chances of swapping to a lower int rate if:
1) I have been declined a loan to consol it with other debts
2)I am over committed.

my credit rating is sound...too.

Hi Bobsky,

It's very unlikely you will be able to get a 10K limit to transfer onto a lower rate card. However, you may get say 3-4k of a credit limit at a lower rate and be able to transfer it, but nothing is guaranteed with credit card companies.
