Assessment

I've been on SDA AND DLA and IS since my early 20's due to bipolar disorder and been in and out of hospital.

I'm a bit confused as I know people on IB are going to get reaccessed starting this year with a small number, but what about those on SDA, but not on IB? Sorry hope that makes sense. Thanks :)
