Fearful of my Russell Hobbs Iron!!!!

Fellow savers,

I changed my iron few weeks ago but i am fearful of using the 'better' one i just bought. Its Russel hobbs model No 15207.

It overheat a lot. I cant just believe this. It is described as non-sticky but it does otherwise that i have to stop any clothes that is brightly coloured. I can only use it if i switch off almost immediately it hots up. Its frustrating. Unfortunately, i cant find the receipt.

I can buy another one if this cannot be reddemed.

Any recommendation.

Cheers
