Caterpillars eating my geraniums

Hello does anyone have any idea of what could be eating my geraniums? I have found loads of little green caterpillars on them! My friends said I must be seeing things as nothing earts geraniums lol

Its about this timee of year when these green ones eat geraniums. A systemic insecticide for caterpillars will do the trick. The more difficult one is Tortrix moth where the larvae make a nest of the top leaves. I'm told the best way for these is to dissolve a spoonful of brown sugar in warm water and add it to the solution of systemic insecticide and water along with a drop or two of washing up liquid as a wetting agent. Hopefully this also works on the little caterpillar which eats the tops of Fuchsias.

This happened to me for the first time ever last summer, and I had never known anything to lay/feed on Pelargoniums/bedding geraniums either. Yesterday I noticed the tiniest of caterpillars on some of the undersides of the leaves on both my pelargoniums and fuschias in a hanging basket - all laying facing the same way, curiously, so I've picked off all the inhabited leaves, and hopefully avoided the losses of last year.
