yes they were chuffed lmc, the bloke said a token payment didn't expect that much.

it was funny watching them, they had wooden stretchers and a cheese and they had to run with this stretcher and stop the cheese falling off it

just dusted off (literally :o) my wii to have a few minutes with the wii fit as I finally feel motivated to do something (anything!!) exercise wise. 326 days since I last did any wii fit :o. Only did 15 minutes in total, 10 aerobic and 5 balance games..........flippin knackered me :rotfl:

Not sure 3 minutes jogging, 3 minutes step aerobics and 4 minutes punching the hell out of a boxer was the best idea for my back.......:o

well, I can't see me suddenly leaping around like a loon exercise wise, I am going to try for 15 minutes a day doing different things, maybe the yoga tomorrow. I have the Biggest Loser wii game (think I can blame Sammy for pointing it out when it was mega cheap nearly a year ago and me then buying it :D !) and if I can do a week perhaps of the gentle wii fit stuff I might start the biggest loser games.

We'll see, that all sounds a bit energetic to be honest!!

well, I say jogging.........I think it would more likely be described as lifting my legs up and down in a slightly fast marching manner rather than anything remotely looking like running......:rotfl:
