My friend recommend me to open a account at this bank,but I want to know if it easy to apply?My friend told me that good address is OK.Also,I have some debts with a mobile company.

Debts will show up on your credit search and probably restrict account to cash a/c. You can only use ltsb atm's and no counter service is offered.0

Its easy to apply. The results will depend on your friends credit score and the account they are applying for.0

Dead simple to apply - either in branch, on the phone or over the internet - just like any bank really0
