The same things we talk about before the wedding.

The kids, work, the house, holidays, family, the news etc...

I don't get it ~ what else would we talk about? Or do you mean what will be talked about with regards to planning something?

  • Everything we talked about before we're married! No change, just more exciting new things that we can do together :)

Hm, that is a good question.

For us it will be planning our trip to Canada so we can have our celebrations there for family who couldn't make it over for the actual wedding. I'm asking my mom to arrange a church blessing - makes me feel a lot better about having a civil ceremony over here! I was having wobbles a few weeks ago about not marrying in a church. Not sure if I'm wearing my wedding dress again yet, or how formal it will be.

Aside from this, we've recently bought a new house, and there are a million and one things we want to do with it, which have mostly all been on hold until the wedding has come and gone.

And then, babies. We're both nearing our 30s, and feel like the pressure is on..

decorating and wondering if we can afford a fourth child! tbh, we talk less atm cos i am doing all the work on the wedding. oh, and we have recently started a new business so i guess we will talk loads more about that and wonder if i can afford to leave my job and be a sahwm. :)

Pretty much the same as above, minus the new business bit. We managed to find things to talk about for 9 years previous to the wedding i'm sure we'll manage after ;)

Definately not babies! not keen on children..we have dogs instead!

I think mainly it will be re-decorating the entire house (we recently moved into a new build and it hasn't been decorated yet..so we have the whole place to do..need to get rid of the magnolia that it is every room!)

Also, we will be talking about our trip to Canada next year which will be our main honeymoon.

Apart from that we'll just be talking about all the things we usually do!

Talking to friends who got married earlier this year, they say that the wedding changed nothing really, they are still both the same people with the same interests.

    It'll be reet i'm sure!

    xx
Now a married lady and loving it! Now..to clear that pesky mortgage!

I thought babies were discussed long before getting married.

I can remember back to my conversations which tended to be hi and bye - hi as I came in through the door and bye as he went out to work - he decided to do permanent nights after we got married:mad:
