That last question was one Martin asked a few months ago and received what, IMHO, was a slightly less than completely reassuring reply:.....and broadband from ukonline to Primus (£6.49 pm)......has anybody had experience of Primus and do they allow 18866 calls?.....thanks edQUICK FACTS. Price: £8.99/month Free Calls: Evening & weekend Length of free calls: 90 mins Connection: None Contract:12 months Allows use of override providers? Yes (In Jan 10 gave MSE written guarantee to stay open until the end of the year at least).Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
