i can vouch for courgette cake - although never done a chocolate courgette cake..........and it's just the right time of year. the courgette mountain is upon us!

I can vouch for choc courgette cake - it's a sneaky way to get my kids to eat them - they don't like them plain so get them grated into stuff instead.
